Northern Defence Investment Horizon (NODIH) is a Nordic-Ukrainian defence investment initiative dedicated to accelerating Europe’s security and technological competitiveness. We connect Ukrainian defence innovators with Scandinavian and European investors — bridging the fastest-growing defence innovation ecosystem in Europe with the region’s industrial base and capital markets. Our mission is to identify, evaluate, and scale high-potential defence and dual-use ventures that strengthen Europe’s resilience, self-sufficiency, and industrial cooperation. NODIH operates across the full investment lifecycle — from early-stage scouting and technical due diligence to valuation, financing, and portfolio scaling. We work closely with governments, investors, and industry partners to build sustainable, transparent, and high-impact investment frameworks that enable Ukraine’s defence technologies to integrate into EU and NATO markets.
