NOI
Energy assets that lift Net Operating Income — underwritten, funded, installed and operated.
About NOI
One fifteen-minute spike can price your whole month. On a commercial meter, a single peak interval sets the demand charge for the entire billing period — often 30–50% of the bill. Most owners never see it isolated on the invoice. NOI underwrites the tariff and the meter before specifying any equipment. Then we fund the system, coordinate licensed delivery partners, and run it. Three lines, priced to the property: Storage — a behind-the-meter battery that shaves the billed peak, earns state performance payments on measured dispatch, and holds critical loads through an outage. Works with or without solar. Solar — rooftop generation with three destinations, decided site by site: consume it in the building and cut the bill, sell it to the grid on a long-term contract, or, where the property has tenants, sell it to them. Program and revenue operations — enrollment, dispatch, measurement, compliance and one monthly statement to the owner, for the life of the agreement. Installers sell equipment. We deliver an operating asset with a statement behind it. Who we work with: any property where a single owner pays a commercial meter behind a spiky load — community properties (multifamily, build-to-rent, HOA and condo associations), municipal and district facilities, faith, school and non-profit buildings, and demand-heavy commercial. No capital required from the owner. noisun.com
