Empowering Global Biotherapeutic Innovation
About Nona Biosciences
Nona Biosciences is a biotechnology company advancing biotherapeutic discovery and development through proprietary antibody and modality-enabling technologies. Built on fully human antibody platforms, including Harbour Mice®, which generate both heavy chain-only (HCAb) and classical IgG (H2L2) antibodies, Nona enables high molecular diversity, strong developability, and broad therapeutic applicability. At the core of Nona’s technology ecosystem is Modalities-on-Demand™, a platform framework designed to enable the rapid conversion of antibody leads into diverse therapeutic formats. This includes bispecific and multispecific antibodies, T cell engagers, ADC and XDC formats, TCR-mimic antibodies, and CAR- and mRNA-based therapeutics. This modality-driven approach allows a single antibody foundation to be flexibly engineered across multiple architectures, supporting efficient program design and adaptability across evolving therapeutic strategies. These capabilities are further enhanced by Hu-mAtrIx™, Nona’s AI-driven platform for both discovery and development, which enables data-informed optimization across antibody generation, engineering, and translational workflows. By integrating AI with experimental platforms, Nona supports improved candidate selection, developability profiling, and accelerated progression through key development milestones. Together, these technologies support efficient progression within Nona’s I to I® framework, advancing programs from early concept and target validation through IND-enabling studies and toward clinical evaluation. Nona’s integrated capabilities span immunization, screening, engineering, and downstream development support, including pathways aligned with Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) and early clinical strategies through global partnerships.
