About North Texas LEAD
The goal of North Texas LEAD is to create a bridge between company partners and qualified job-seekers. We build a growing community of leaders by connecting top talent with top employers. Recognizing the symbiotic relationship between the business community and the larger community in which it exists, LEAD has and will engage with its surrounding community in promoting the creation of resources that can assist it in achieving its mission. It will also engage with the larger North Texas community in promoting an inclusive leadership, reflective of its population, in the community’s agencies and institutions.
