About Northamptonshire Partnership Homes
Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO) that manages West Northamptonshire Council's housing services. We began on 5 January 2015. We are wholly owned by West Northamptonshire Council but we have our own management team and Board of Directors. We are a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and a not for profit organisation. This means that our income is put back into providing housing and housing related services. NPH was set up by NBC (now WNC) for an initial period of 15 years and is responsible for the following services: • Allocations and lettings • Repairs and maintenance • Housing management, including dealing with anti-social behaviour • Tenancy support • Tenant involvement • Ecton Lane Park traveller site Our vision, mission and values Vision: NPH provides homes which enable people to live happy and healthy lives in enriched communities.
