We are a municipally owned utility in Norwich, Connecticut, serving our community with electricity, natural gas, water and wastewater treatment services. NPU is the host agency for Norwich Clean Cities, and owns and operates the region's only public-access Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling station, located at 158 North Main Street.
