Why it matters: ✔ Lower cost: Up to 40–50% lower CAPEX and LCOE than offshore wind. Only 1/3 the structural weight of fixed wind, 1/6 of floating — per MW. ✔ Higher output: Double the energy output per sea area compared to offshore wind due to the hybrid logic. Delivers 800–1000 kW, scaling to 3 & 5 MW, with 30–60% capacity factor. ✔ Hybrid logic: Combines three renewables in one platform — wave, wind, solar — using a shared structure, mooring, subsea cable, and permitting.
