Octave Bioscience is a precision neurology company focused on transforming the management of complex, chronic neurological diseases, beginning with multiple sclerosis. For people living with MS and the clinicians who care for them, treatment decisions are too often made without a clear, longitudinal view of where the disease is heading. Octave exists to change that. The Octave MSDA Test is a multi-protein blood test that measures biomarkers associated with MS disease activity to produce a quantitative score, supporting clinical decision-making across patient visits. It is backed by peer-reviewed publications and available nationally through our collaboration with Quest Diagnostics.
