Established in 2003 by Oliver Dinsmore, ODM has grown organically to what is now one of the market leaders in the Facilities Services Sector across Ireland. Initially delivering Fabric Maintenance Services, ODM now provide a broad range of FM Services including Building Fabric, Buildings Services, Landscaping and other specialist services. Our approach supports the full Life Cycle of a property/facility, from Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, Life Cycle Replacement Works, Refurbishment & Alterations. For our contracted clients, no maintenance task is too small and seldom too big, our works range from small reactive tasks to minor works projects up to £2 Million in value. Our mobile technician teams operating from full stocked vehicles, supported by our network of approved suppliers and specialists seek to complete tasks first time, on time, every time.
