About OIC of Washington

OIC of Washington is a nonprofit Community Action Agency serving Central and Eastern Washington. We provide career training, youth development, education services, and housing and community support. With decades of community impact, we combine hands-on training, supportive services, and employer partnerships to help individuals secure jobs and build long-term economic stability. Our Mission is to help in the elimination of unemployment, poverty, and illiteracy so that people of all colors and creeds can live their lives with greater human dignity. It includes the provision of health, educational and human services, economic development, and services to secure and provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to eligible participants and residents in the State of Washington. Our vision is to assist families with multiple life challenges. We are proud to employ a diverse workforce to deliver job training in communities where the need is great.
