About OLSEN ANDERSON

Olsen Anderson develops, builds, and owns infill homes in Seattle-area neighborhoods: Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Magnolia, and the Eastside. Most infill gets built by a chain of separate companies. A developer hands drawings to a builder, the builder hands problems back, and whoever eventually lives there inherits what fell through the cracks. We built the company to close that gap. We're the developer, the builder, and the general contractor, so one team owns the home from the first site walk to the day the keys change hands. That works the same way whoever's capital is behind it. We develop our own projects, we develop land for owners who want to keep ownership, and we build for clients on their sites. The capital changes. The team and the standard don't. That standard is written down, not implied. It covers the parts you never see: the weather barrier, the wall assemblies, the roof and deck details that decide whether a home ages well or expensively. Most of it disappears behind drywall. We'll show you anyway. And we stay. We return near the first anniversary, walk the home with you, fix what's shown up, and refresh the finishes. We also own homes on the same blocks we build. We're neighbors, not a company that was here for a while. We work with landowners weighing redevelopment or a joint venture, owners and clients who want an accountable team to develop or build for them, and move-up and right-size buyers choosing new construction over the alternatives. Ten years in, more than a hundred homes delivered in the neighborhoods people already love. Built for how you live. Backed after closing.
