Olusan is the Operating System for Medicaid Continuity. Our mission is simple: protect coverage continuity and improve the quality outcomes that depend on it. Eligible people lose Medicaid coverage, and the care that depends on it, when responsibility fragments across health plans, hospitals, public agencies, providers, vendors, and community organizations. We treat that loss the way epidemiologists treat an outbreak. It is not random. It sends signals, it concentrates in identifiable populations, and it spreads through identifiable failure points. Our founding team led San Francisco’s COVID-19 Command Center, and we built Olusan on the same discipline. ContinuityOS is our platform for health plans. We find members at risk of losing coverage, secure it then connect to services needed and close the care gaps that optimize health outcomes. ConvertPE is our platform for health systems. We facilitate presumptive and retroactive eligibility through to confirmed coverage and connect patients to their medical home. At Olusan: Coverage is the intervention. Continuity is the infrastructure.
