One & Done Smart Bids is a New York City HealthTech company building the infrastructure layer for consumer-controlled commerce in regulated markets. We started in Medicare because it is the most complex, data-rich, and broken market in the country. Our patent-pending AI platform is the only consumer-first system that delivers true all-in personalized Medicare pricing based on each enrollee's actual utilization data, automatically re-shops every policy annually without re-consent, and is launching a benefit activation engine at the end of June that identifies unused supplemental benefits throughout the year, geo-matches local providers, and delivers personalized instructions directly to the member. In 2024, CMS tried to require carriers to fix the unused benefits problem. The rule was rescinded in April 2026. The problem still exists, so we built the solution.
