Healthcare lost its way when profits became more important than people. One Health is changing that. Healthcare delivery has been designed around reimbursement models, places, and disconnected points of service. Patients are expected to move through this system on its terms — from office to hospital to facility to pharmacy — without continuity, coordination, or a care experience designed around how people live and heal. The result is frustrated patients, burned-out physicians, misaligned incentives, and a system that too often prioritizes volume over quality care and experience. One Health is building a healthcare delivery system where infrastructure supports care delivery instead of getting in its way. Through specialty care, pharmacy, care management, and meaningful clinical support, we're creating a different kind of healthcare system: one designed around patients, not places. Doing this requires thinking differently. At One Health we solve problems instead of protecting the status quo. We challenge long-held assumptions, draw ideas from beyond traditional healthcare, and move quickly to turn better ideas into better care. And because we don't answer to shareholders, we reinvest into care instead. Free from the bureaucracy that slows traditional healthcare, we remove barriers, restore physician-led decision-making, and continually improve the way care is delivered.
