About Operational Excellence Society

The Operational Excellence Society is a think-tank; a creator and aggregator of knowledge, wisdom, and know-how for individuals and companies that strive to become high-performers. It is a grass-roots organization that emerged from the Operational Excellence LinkedIn Group led by Joseph Paris. As the name implies, the society is dedicated to change agents who embrace the ideals of Operational Excellence, defined as organizations who are in “a state of readiness that is attained as the efforts throughout the organization reach a state of alignment for achieving its strategies; and where the corporate culture is committed to the continuous and deliberate improvement of company performance AND the circumstances of those who work there – and is precursor to becoming a high-performance organization.” Our website (https://opexsociety.org) includes an extensive library of knowledge resources on topics relating to Operational Excellence, and we encourage members to take full advantage of it.
