About Operational Excellence Consortium

The Operational Excellence (OE) Consortium is a collaborative effort between the Texas A&M Corpus Christi College of Engineering and Computer Sciences, Operational Sustainability®, and industry to better define OE, build out OE as an operating model, and develop a more robust workforce at different levels. OE Consortium curriculum and training will fill skill gaps that are not addressed in technical degree plans or work assignments. The OE Consortium effort matters because it will develop key business skills in contributors and future leaders, helping them develop a consistent vision of OE and how to achieve it.
