About Orchard Learning Alliance

Orchard Learning Alliance is an family of 10 schools, working together across the Wokingham and Reading area. Our schools first came together in 2022 with a shared ambition: to explore what a truly 'co-designed' multi-academy trust could look like. Since then, we have built the Orchard Learning Alliance around shared values, meaningful collaboration and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, whatever their background or circumstances. Through exceptional schools, strong relationships and a commitment to social justice, we work together to remove barriers to learning and transform life chances. We believe people matter. We value the contribution of our pupils, staff, parents, carers and governors, and we invest in our people so that everyone across our Alliance can thrive. Together, we are building an Alliance that serves its communities in a way that transforms life chances for all.
