This tradition originated from the first ever commercially successful nitrogen evaporator invented by Organomation's founder, Dr. Neal McNiven. The company’s original product line, the N-EVAP provides accelerated sample concentration through a nitrogen blow down technique. The N-EVAP consists of a heated bath and an evaporator manifold that provides a gentle flow of nitrogen gas to samples. Throughout the years, Organomation has expanded upon their product lines while providing a superior laboratory product at an affordable price. Organomation also known for their lines of nitrogen evaporators, solvent evaporators, and solvent extractors. Organomation’s S-EVAP instruments are designed for easy solvent evaporation of up to 10 samples through a distillation process.The solvent can be evaporated into a fume hood or collected in an individual or central collection system. The ROT-X-TRACT instruments allow for solvent extraction of up to 10 liquid or solid samples. In both the S-EVAP and ROT-X-TRACT instruments, KD flasks and concentrator tubes are arranged in a rotary set up in a water bath that allows for easy access to all samples from the front of the instrument.
