We are an award-winning lender based in London. Having been established in April 2013, we are committed to deploying loans into the UK property sector. We provide property-secured loans for up to 5 years and operate throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland. We are happy to lend into a wide range of sectors including residential investment property, commercial (including mixed use) and leisure businesses such as pubs and hotels. We closed our first regulated fund in December 2015 which transformed our business and means we do not depend on any form of external financing. Borrowers and brokers can speak to genuine decision-makers and feel comfortable in our ability to deliver.
