OSINTelligence LLC builds sovereign AI systems. The core platform, OS-INTelligence, is an AI operating system that runs entirely on local hardware. No cloud. No external telemetry. Multi-model inference with mechanical governance enforcement and a training pipeline that improves the system from its own daily output. Air-gap capable, sovereign by design. The research practice produces empirical work on AI agent behavior under sustained production load. How agents drift. Where soft enforcement fails. What mechanical enforcement looks like at the tool-call boundary. Findings published with full methodology, not theory, sealed, dated, and permanently archived.
