About Outcomes Therapy

Outcomes Therapy provides high-quality contract Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to patients from a variety of home health care agencies and directly with outpatient services. We have superior communication and multidisciplinary interaction and coordination among the agencies we serve and the care teams involved in the treatment of our patients, allowing us to assist in the improvement of Home Health Agency CMS star ratings by decreasing patient re-hospitalization rates and improving patient outcomes with our skilled, team-oriented, and patient centered employee contractors. We can see patients at their home or they can come to one of our clinics in SA/ATX.
