About Ovation

Ovation is a family-owned, fully integrated multifamily housing company with over 30 years of experience building and managing communities exclusively in Southern Nevada. We serve as the developer, general contractor, property manager, and asset manager for every community we create, ensuring a long-term commitment to quality and care. To date, Ovation has built more than 11,382 apartment units and currently owns 38 communities totaling 9,414 units. Our property management arm oversees 44 communities with 11,196 units, reflecting our deep commitment to long-term stewardship and resident experience. We develop both market-rate and affordable housing, with 14 affordable communities totaling 2,985 units already part of our portfolio. Our in-house design team is focused on creating well-designed, walkable communities that prioritize livability and comfort. We build to LEED principles, incorporate solar power and Energy Star-rated systems, and hold Green Globes and GreenPoint certifications across our portfolio, reflecting our commitment to sustainable living for residents today and for generations to come.
