Paradyne was founded in 2004 by Dr. Dorriah Rogers, and has since worked with over thirty Fortune 100 clients, dozens of state, provincial, and federal agencies, and many smaller progressive firms. In 2017, Jon Swartzentruber joined the firm as President & Managing Partner after serving for over a decade as Vice President of one of the three largest contracting organizations in North America.
