Our approach is intended to truly partner with our clients, which we believe requires us to be financially at risk following a transaction to ensure full alignment and shared motivations. As such, to further support and align ourselves with our clients, Paralign offers all clients the ability to defer up to half of our advisory fee through pari passu reinvestment, and will be investing on an identical pari passu, non-control basis out of its captive fund, currently consisting of $100 million of founder capital.
