Pardada Pardadi provides free, holistic education integrated with life skills, financial literacy, and gender sensitization — empowering girls to break barriers and build financially independent, confident futures. Today, we support 4,000+ girls in school and impact over 10,400 women across 120+ villages through the power of education and opportunity. Ranked India’s No.1 Philanthropy School by EducationWorld, Pardada Pardadi drives lasting change. What began in 2000 with just 31 girls has grown into a thriving movement of 4,000+ empowered students, each redefining the future of rural India. And this is only the beginning. By 2030, our vision is to reach 6,000 girls — ensuring that every rural girl has the opportunity to learn, lead, and transform not only her own life, but her entire community. Through our integrated approach, education, health and hygiene, community development, and economic empowerment, Pardada Pardadi is committed to creating lasting, generational change. We believe that when a girl is educated and empowered, she uplifts not just herself, but her entire community, paving the way for a more equitable and inclusive society. Uttar Pradesh, one of India’s largest states, continues to face deep-rooted socio-economic challenges, particularly in gender equality. Female literacy remains at 63.4%, significantly below the national average, with higher dropout rates for girls,especially at the secondary level. In northern Uttar Pradesh, Anupshahr reflects this reality, where access to education has traditionally been limited and often skewed towards boys, leaving girls with fewer opportunities.
