Specifically, we focus on specialist hires within the People function, creating networks of niche HR talent for roles across the core areas of People and Talent, Reward and People Analytics, and HR Infrastructure. The old, traditional way of ‘doing human resources’ no longer works for today’s working and professional environments. The remit of HR and People teams has rapidly evolved. HR is now a central pillar, helping to define the strategy and culture of a business.
