About PassionBio

PassionBio is a registered €25 million EuVECA fund, incorporated in February 2026 and currently in its first close. We accelerate drug development and transform pharma assets through an active investment approach. The team combines leading former BioNTech executives with backgrounds from major pharma organizations and experience in investment structuring and fund management. We target programs where we can shape or redesign the clinical plan to achieve faster timelines, clinically meaningful benefit, and real-world health impact over the standard-of-care at the time of launch. We engage hands-on through operational work and direct involvement in clinical plan design, drawing on our expertise and global network. We focus on three areas: poor prognosis cancers, metabolic disease, and energy dysregulation.
