For two decades, our staff has been comprised of analysts, programmers/developers and business professionals. We do all of our own programming - we write our own code. We work together as a team. PCG is NOT a "staff augmentation"​ company. In other words, we don't leave our business analysts, project managers or programmers out in state or federal government offices to be managed by other individuals. We do, however, spend a great deal of time AT our customer's locations listening to their needs. We listen, then solve. We work together as a team to maintain best industry practices and to implement custom software solutions that exceed our customers expectations. We believe it is important to be creative, but at the same time, we have exact "processes"​ that we follow for creating and implementing custom software applications.
