Endometriosis Counselling for Emotional Wellbeing
About Pausefully
Pausefully offers compassionate, one‑to‑one emotional wellbeing support for people living with endometriosis. Living with chronic pain, unpredictable symptoms, fertility challenges, and repeated medical interventions can take a profound emotional toll. Many people feel dismissed, unheard, overwhelmed, or forced to keep coping alone. Pausefully exists to change that. An integrative blend of counselling, coaching, and holistic, trauma‑aware practices to help you: - Process difficult emotions safely - Regulate your nervous system and reduce overwhelm - Rebuild trust in yourself and your body - Manage grief, loss, identity changes, and relationship or intimacy issues - Feel calmer, clearer, and more supported This work is not about “fixing” you or forcing positivity. Improving emotional health means understanding how your mind and body have adapted to long‑term stress - and learning how to support yourself with compassion rather than survival strategies. Pausefully also helps organisations address the hidden impacts of endometriosis through one‑to‑one counselling. Founder Vicki Hodges also hosts the Fully Told podcast, sharing honest conversations about endometriosis and infertility, amplifying lived experience, challenging stigma, and helping people feel less alone.
