Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with a satellite office in Grand Rapids, MI, PCI specializes in affordable housing design featuring sustainable new construction, historic renovations, rehabilitations and retrofits. But being part of the PCI team is more than just a job; we seek people passionate about designing a better world. The affordable housing projects we take on transform communities, giving those in need the opportunity to change their lives and the lives of their families.
