Owners and operators of Teesport, the fifth largest port in the UK and the only major port in England to handle more imports than exports, PD Ports employs over 1,300 people nationwide. PD Ports is also the Statutory Harbour Authority for the River Tees and is therefore responsible for all vessel traffic management, ensuring safe navigation and maintaining channel depths for the thousands of vessels that visit Teesport annually. We also have a significant presence across the Humber with five well-connected locations across the River Trent, including a 190 acre site at Groveport, forming a strong Humber cluster.
