Pear Management Systems builds one integrated platform for high-consequence offshore work — offshore wind and oil and gas. The everyday management system, Pear MS, covers the risk register, QHSE, competency, vessel assurance, functional safety, and plan adequacy. The emergency management system, Pear EM, covers full ICS incident command, oil spill response, and worst-case-discharge modeling. Two faces of one system. At the center is a single living record. Enter a fact once and it shows up everywhere it belongs: the risk register, the daily report, the incident-command forms, the spill trajectory model. The record cannot disagree with itself, and nothing that matters can go missing. When the worst day comes, the same record that ran the operation runs the response. Incident command, spill response, and worst-case discharge modeling are built in, not bolted on.
