Pedestal Health, formerly Target RWE, is a full-service evidence generation partner for life sciences organizations. We combine deep health system partnerships, longitudinal data curation at scale, and modern study design to build continuous, high-quality evidence that supports clinical, regulatory, and strategic decision-making across the full lifecycle of care. Most clinical programs only generate real-world evidence after approval, by which point the most consequential decisions have already been made. The methods are sound and the work matters, but the timing is off. Pedestal Health is built to change that. Our cohorts span hepatology, dermatology, and gastroenterology, with adult and pediatric arms, longitudinal follow-up, validated patient-reported outcomes, biospecimens, and prospective consent for studies and trials run within the cohort. The same infrastructure supports three categories of decisions: • R&D decisions: disease characterization, natural history, biomarker work, feasibility, protocol design, and prospective studies and trials run within our cohort and site infrastructure. • Approval and commercialization decisions: post-authorization safety, external control arm contributions, comparative effectiveness, market access evidence, and publication strategy. • Care decisions: evidence and tools that support clinicians, health systems, and PI-led research as therapies move into practice. Each phase strengthens the next. Insights from cohort data shape the trials we run, and what those studies produce flows back into the cohorts as therapies move into care.
