We started life in 2001 as Bristol Wessex Billing Services Ltd. We were established by Bristol Water and Wessex Water as a joint venture company to manage all their metering, billing and collection operations, and to serve as a point of contact for all non-operational customer enquiries. Today, we are highly skilled in every area of our business and deliver award-winning customer service. In 2015, we embarked on a journey involving all team members and stakeholders to develop a new name and visual identity that would reflect our company vision, mission and business objectives. That's where Pelican was born!
