About Pennsylvania Developers' Council

The PA Developers’ Council is a membership-based organization representing a coalition of for-profit and non-profit developers and industry professionals. We empower our members with a powerful, collective voice to advocate for robust public and private funding that supports the creation and preservation of affordable housing for low-income individuals and families in Pennsylvania. To fulfill our mission, we recognize that the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and other related initiatives must be continually supported. These programs provide a vital source of financing for development and economic growth while nurturing essential partnerships with governmental agencies, including the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). By promoting adequate resources for the production, rehabilitation, and operation of affordable housing, the Council is dedicated to increasing housing supply, affordability, and advancing economic growth across the Commonwealth.
