The company employs almost 170 staff of which 80 are solicitors or fee earners who offer private and commercial clients access to a wide range of services encompassing all areas of law. Its service lines are ran across six business units which are Commercial, Criminal, Dispute Resolution, Family, Residential Property and Wills & Probate. The firm incorporated as a limited company in May 2017 as part of its strategic growth plan. This move followed the acquisition of two other firms, one in 2009 and the other in 2014. In 2020 the firm opened its fifth and sixth office being Beverley and Newcastle. The legal experts at Pepperells create strategic partnerships with their clients across numerous diverse areas of law.
