About Period Reality
We educate about and advocate for living in sync with one's cycle. By understanding and honoring the natural rhythms of our bodies, we can create a more harmonious world where everyone can thrive. Through global storytelling, education, and research, we amplify voices and stories that deserve to be shared to spark curiosity for cycle-tracking and allow for peer-to-peer learning. We offer cycle awareness training, executive keynotes, policy consulting and strategic workshops to support organisations in building more equitable and effective systems aligned with the realities of living in a cyclical body. Our aim is to share high quality resources, courses and tools to inspire, educate and empower 1 billion people by 2030.
