La Plateforme automobile rassemble la filière automobile en France. Elle est chargée de définir et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de la filière en matière d’innovation, de compétitivité, d’emploi et compétences, et de porter la voix de la filière. La PFA est présidée, depuis le 4 décembre 2017, par Luc Chatel et sa gouvernance s’appuie sur un conseil des présidents composé des dirigeants des constructeurs et équipementiers français (RENAULT, STELLANTIS, VALEO, FORVIA, MICHELIN, OPMobility), et des fédérations (CCFA, FIEV, FFC, FIM, GPA, SNCP).
