We are a non-profit, non-partisan international network of ~1,350 legislators in over 143 elected parliaments. Founded in 1978-1979, our mission is to inform and mobilize parliamentarians in all regions of the world to advocate for human rights and the rule of law, democracy, human security, non-discrimination, and gender equality.
