About Pharma Expanse
Pharma Expanse (PE) is a business development company focused in two areas: CDMO Services and Pharma Pipeline Assets. Pharma Expanse (PE) is partnered with CDMOs across the supply chain to provide development and manufacturing services for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies. PE currently serves as Business Development for 3 CDMOs, totaling 20 Manufacturing Sites in 8 Countries. Capabilities encompass Cell Therapy (iPSCs to Drug Product, Cell Line Development, Master Cell Banking, GMP Manufacturing), Small Molecule Drug Substance (including HPAPI), Oral Solid Dosage (Tablets/Capsules), Sterile Drug Product, Regulatory Starting Materials (RSMs), Medicinal Chemistry, and niche manufacturing technologies. It’s an innovative business model – very different than the broker/agent model. Pharma Expanse fully integrates within each CDMO and becomes a valuable member of their business development team. For Pharma pipeline assets, Pharma Expanse is also working with a clinical stage women’s health company that is developing first-in-class therapeutics with novel mechanisms of action to treat multidrug resistant pathogens and cancer. The lead compound completed Phase 1 clinical trials in 2025. The drug has already received FDA Fast Track and QIDP designations and is starting Phase 2 clinical trials in June 2026. The company is also developing assets for breast cancer and other oncology indications.
