Pharos Systems builds the governed operating systems through which humans and AI agents work together. Every industry runs on more than its software. It runs on accumulated knowledge, judgment calls, exceptions, permissions, relationships, handoffs, costs, risks, and evidence—much of it trapped in people’s heads or fragmented across disconnected processes. Pharos makes this hidden operating logic legible. We identify how consequential work actually gets done, determine the right division of labor between people and AI agents, and redesign the organization around that model. Helm Intelligence is the software spine of this work. Its Canon captures institutional knowledge and operating context, while its governance and evidence systems define what agents can do, where human judgment is required, and how decisions remain accountable. Combined with hands-on implementation, Helm turns fragmented knowledge and manual processes into a living human-agent operating system that can improve and compound over time. As this work reveals opportunities to redesign not merely a company but an entire market, Pharos Venture Studio partners with sector specialists to build agentic-first businesses around the new operating model.
