The Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, also known as Phi Gam or Fiji, was founded May 1, 1848 at Jefferson College (now Washington & Jefferson College). Since its founding, the Fraternity has initiated over 208,000 brothers and expanded to over 140 colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. The Fraternity also hosts a LinkedIn Group to help our brothers network and make career connect connections.
