Phoenix IDA is a mission-driven, nonprofit financial institution focused on expanding access to capital and opportunity across Phoenix and Maricopa County. We work alongside public, private, and philanthropic partners to strengthen communities by advancing affordable housing, supporting homeownership and financing catalytic community development projects. We believe stable, affordable housing is a foundation for health, education, and economic mobility. That’s why our work centers on practical, partnership-powered solutions that help remove barriers to opportunity—especially for households and neighborhoods that have historically been left out of traditional financing pathways. Our Mission To expand access to capital and opportunity by advancing affordable housing, homeownership, and community development across Phoenix and Maricopa County.
