Your R&D, manufacturing, or IT organization gets a genuine internal meeting: your agenda, your speakers, your scientists, on your campus or at a venue we source. Direct operational costs — venue, catering, AV, technology, logistics, onsite support — are offset by supplier sponsorships, so your department keeps its budget. You keep absolute veto over every supplier who participates, and your procurement team helps shape the list. What we produce: • Company-wide R&D, manufacturing, innovation and IT symposia • Department-level deep dives with bench scientists • Hub-and-spoke programs — keynotes broadcast from headquarters to watch rooms and exhibitor zones at satellite campuses • Poster and abstract programs, from submission through judging and awards What we handle: planning and budgeting, venue sourcing, exhibitor sales and contracts, marketing and creative, AV and production, speaker management, committee project management, and post-event analysis. Every event includes EventHorizon, our event platform — registration, exhibitor portal, virtual exhibit hall, poster showcase, lead retrieval and analytics — at no additional cost.
