PlasmidFactory GmbH is a specialized DNA CDMO based in Bielefeld, Germany, manufacturing high-purity plasmid DNA and Minicircle DNA for cell and gene therapy, ATMP development, viral vector production, RNA manufacturing and non-viral gene delivery. With more than 25 years of DNA manufacturing experience, PlasmidFactory supports customers from early research to preclinical development, clinical applications and GMP manufacturing. Our custom DNA manufacturing services cover plasmid DNA and bacterial backbone-free Minicircle DNA in defined quality grades, including Research Grade, ccc Grade, High Quality (HQ) Grade and GMP Grade. Our DNA products are used as starting materials for a wide range of advanced therapeutic workflows, including AAV vector production, lentiviral vector production, RNA and mRNA manufacturing, transposon-based cell engineering, LNP-based DNA delivery and other virus-free gene delivery applications.
