Platract
MLS listing verification and lead routing for production homebuilders. Listing management built for new construction.
About Platract
Platract is MLS listing management software for production homebuilders: listing verification, price and status monitoring, and lead routing in one system. Builders run dozens of communities and hundreds of quick move-in homes, spec homes, inventory homes, whatever your company calls them. That inventory lives in the MLS, on your own website, and on the portals your MLS feed syndicates to, and those sources rarely agree. Your site shows one price, the MLS shows another, and a buyer's agent notices before your team does. Each mismatch can cost a lead, publish a stale price, or become an MLS compliance problem. Listing verification. Every listing request is checked automatically for required MLS fields and listing-language problems, then reviewed by a licensed MLS participant before it publishes. Built for Bright MLS in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, and for Stellar MLS in Florida. Price and status monitoring. Our reconciliation engine (Watchdog) compares your website against your MLS listings every six hours and flags drift in price, status and availability, so you find it before an agent does. Lead capture and routing. Platract captures lead notifications from Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com, matches each inquiry to the home it came from, and assigns it to a salesperson. Speed to lead should not depend on who is watching an inbox. Control and reporting. Role-based access control, an append-only audit trail, and reporting on how your own inventory performs: pricing, days on market and absorption by community. Platract is built by a licensed real estate broker who works in new home sales, so it fits how builder sales and marketing teams actually work. Alexandria, Virginia. Built for production and regional home builders. Platract is an independent software company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any MLS. Equal Housing Opportunity.
