About Play Like a Girl!®

Play Like a Girl!® is a national nonprofit organization working to close the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) by equipping girls with the skills, confidence, and access they need to succeed—both on and off the field. We leverage the power of sport to build confidence and introduce girls to real-world opportunities in STEM. Our free programs bring girls face-to-face with inspiring women role models and mentors in the workforce through hands-on learning, career exploration, and workplace experiences. Through strategic partnerships with schools and corporations, we’ve reached more than 50,000 girls nationwide. Together with our corporate partners, we’re building a pipeline of confident, career-ready girls prepared to lead the future of work.
