Medicine is splitting into two models. One prescribes the pill and ends there. The other treats the whole picture, sleep, movement, nutrition, stress, and the daily choices that decide whether a protocol works, then sends the patient home with no way to follow it and no way for the clinician to see what happened. Plimr is the platform for the second model. The clinic designs the program. Plimr turns it into structured daily patient experiences and brings lab results, biometric trends, and behavioral signals into one view the care team sees before every follow-up. The days between visits, where the result is decided, become something the clinic can run and see.
