It brings together professional evidence, stated preferences, constraints, and opportunity information, then makes its reasoning visible through APPLY, MAYBE, and SKIP guidance. That guidance is not a verdict. Participants can inspect it, challenge it, correct what the system misunderstood, and preserve uncertainty when the available evidence does not support a clean conclusion. Pluralign is participant-side decision infrastructure. It is not an applicant tracking system, does not make hiring decisions, and does not replace participant judgment. Employers decide whom to hire. Participants decide where their value should go. Applications are open for Pluralign’s free, limited beta for U.S.-based adults age 18 and older.
