We are Plymouth’s largest social housing landlord with over 16,000 properties providing homes to over 35,000 people in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. As well as affordable and social rent homes, our sales brand SO Living offer shared ownership, helping hundreds of local homeowners get on the property ladder.
